Beginner Pilates

Pilates is great form of exercise to improve strength and stability through the spine, hips and shoulders. Each lesson will take you through a series of new exercises, giving you the skills and understanding on how to manage each movement on your own or in a class environment. Our Beginners Pilates program is self paced and should, as a minimum be completed over an 8-week period. The program includes 2 classes for you to work through as your become more proficient in the movements.
