Online Class Timetable

We are happy to be offering most of our regular classes as Online Classes! Have a look at the timetable below and scroll down for descriptions of which class would be most suited to you. We have a whole range of great classes for the experienced exercisers and those just starting. From the young to the mature give us a call and we can talk through your options.
All (new) participants will need to fill in a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire prior to participation and one of our experienced staff will have a conversation with you to ensure that class is appropriate for you or they can suggest one of our options to help you with your movement goals!

FIT & FAB

Fit & Fab is a class designed for the more mature of us (>50yo). This class incorporates balance, strength, and stability through a range of easy to perform activities at home. 

Strong BoDI

Strong BoDI

Strong BoDI is designed to improve your general strength and trunk stability whilst using minimal equipment. Participate in this class if you want to get your heart rate up and tire out those muscles!

Muscle Up! Kids

Muscle Up! Kids

Muscle Up! Kids is a program designed to improve a child’s general body awareness, postural strength, general trunk stability and whole-body strength. For a 5+ years and ranges of abilities.

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates is great form of exercise to improve strength and stability through the spine, hips and shoulders. Each class is a whole body workout that will also improve your flexibility. We offer classes from beginner to advanced.  

Movers & Shakers Parkinson's Group

Movers & Shakers

Movers & Shakers Parkinson’s group is aimed at using different types of activities shown through research to assist in the management of Parkinson’s Disease. The focus of the classes and activities will change daily and will include PD Warrior exercises, strengthening, mobility and stability activities.
