Strong Balance

Body Dynamics Illawarra and The Barefoot Podiatrist, Paul Thompson, have joined forces to bring you a comprehensive balance program to improve balance from the ground up. Utilising the specialised skills of Podiatry and Exercise Physiology we focus on activity improving balance through exercise. This program will increase your confidence in movement and give you the strength to reduce your risk of falls.

This class is designed for individuals who are noticing a reducing or loss of confidence in their balance. If you are not sure if this course is right for you, contact Body Dynamics to discuss.

All new participants will need to fill in a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire prior to participation. In some cases we may require medical clearance or a consultation with one of our Exercise Physiologists before joining the class to ensure the class is the best fit for you and safe for your condition.
